Job Description
Make Production Flow Right Here in Bardstown, KY

As our Master Production Scheduler, you’ll be the conductor of the manufacturing schedule, turning demand and material availability into executable, efficient plans. You’ll partner closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to keep products moving and customers satisfied all while safeguarding quality and inventory health.

A Day in This Role

You start by reviewing fresh demand, shop-floor capacity, and inventory positions. You adjust the master schedule to align with changing needs, then collaborate with procurement to confirm material arrival, and with operations and logistics to align sequencing and readiness. Throughout the day, you monitor performance, tackle bottlenecks, communicate status to stakeholders, and capture insights that feed continuous improvement and better planning policies.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Build, publish, and maintain production schedules that align with customer orders and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure material readiness and on-time execution.
  • Track shop-floor progress and rapidly adjust schedules to reflect shifting demand or capacity constraints.
  • Analyze production data to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Balance inventory minimizing excess while protecting product availability.
  • Keep teams informed on schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Help craft and refine production policies and procedures that elevate efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline processes end-to-end.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, or a closely related function.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with production planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal collaboration.
  • Team-oriented approach and the ability to partner across departments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational habits.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
