Anatech Electronics Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Shop Support Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing, production operations, and electronics assembly.
The successful candidate will support daily production activities by helping track customer orders, coordinate schedules, assist with shop floor operations, and ensure projects move efficiently through production. We are looking for an organized individual with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Review and enter customer orders into the production schedule
- Track work orders through production
- Generate and maintain production reports
- Assist with customer order status updates
- Coordinate priorities with production personnel
- Maintain accurate ERP and production records
- Participate in production planning meetings
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform light assembly work and install hardware
- Process production paperwork and documentation
- Assist with general shop and manufacturing operations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, or a similar hands-on environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus
- Experience working with small parts, hand tools, or electronic assemblies is beneficial
