Entry Level Account Manager

The Entry Level Account Manager supports retail consumer accounts through attentive in-store customer interactions, accurate order processing, product guidance, and responsive account support. This role contributes to sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and new account development while helping deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service during in-store interactions
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend suitable products
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Support new account development and broader sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level customer service experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience with order management or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
