Cat Boarding Manager

Do you have a passion for cats and a knack for leadership? Cat Boarding by Nourish – Rice Village is looking for a dedicated Cat Boarding Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to combine your love for animals with your organizational and leadership skills in a role that makes a real difference for our furry guests and their owners.

As the Cat Boarding Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our boarding facility. Your role will include acting as a key holder, leading and supporting the team to deliver exceptional care for our feline guests, and overseeing daily operations such as feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the health and well-being of the cats in our care. You’ll also interact with all aspects of the front desk, including managing reservations, verifying vaccinations, providing excellent customer service, and handling various communications. Above all, you’ll maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both cats and their owners.

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A genuine love for cats and a commitment to their well-being.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Reliability and trustworthiness, especially in your role as a Manager.
