Your Core Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment to support scheduled production.
- Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to determine specs, sequence, and fit-up.
- Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal parts and assemblies.
- Inspect finished work for quality and specification compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell.
- Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Assist with diagnosing weld and equipment issues as needed.

Prefer evenings? We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) for added flexibility.
Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
