Royal Innovation Closets is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell custom closets and cabinetry. We manufacture and install our own products, providing personalized storage solutions for homes.
Responsibilities
• Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Take accurate measurements and gather project details.
• Explain materials, finishes, hardware, and design options.
• Coordinate with our design and production team to prepare proposals.
• Present estimates, follow up with leads, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate project details clearly.
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience required; experience in custom closets, cabinetry, or home improvement preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read measurements and understand basic layouts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently and follow up consistently.
• Experience with KCD design software is a plus.
• English and Spanish language skills are a plus.
Location
Based in Lehigh Acres, Florida, with travel to customer appointments.
