We are seeking full-time CDL-A OTR Drivers to transport freight and special project loads across long-distance routes.
Consistent Miles: 2,500+ minimum dispatched miles per week to maximize your earning potential.
Home Time: Flexible driving schedules managed by supportive dispatchers-home every two weeks.
Modern Fleet: Drive late-model 2022 or newer tractors with trailers under 5 years old.
Pet Friendly: Bring your companion along! Policy permits one dog (50 lbs & under) or one cat.
Total Earning Potential: Up to $0.61 CPM + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 bonus to welcome you to the team.
Base Pay: $0.48 – $0.54 per mile (CPM), based on experience. 100% of dispatched miles paid weekly.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional +$0.07 CPM weekly via mileage and MPG incentives.
Clean Inspection Bonus: $50 – $100 cash bonus for every passed DOT roadside safety inspection.
Insurance: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance options.

Financial & PTO: 401(k) program with company match enrollment and Paid Time Off (PTO) accumulated after one year.
License & Experience: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a minimum of 2 years verifiable OTR experience required. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with sound knowledge of DOT road safety regulations.
Daily Responsibilities: Perform pre-trip and post-trip mechanical inspections, report traffic violations or maintenance needs promptly, and maintain steady delivery updates with dispatch.
