As a Line Cook at B2 Bistro + Bar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every dish leaving our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience cooking on the line in a sit-down restaurant.
• A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Serv Safe certified is a plus
