How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Inspire and Educate: Build an engaging, inclusive classroom where curiosity thrives and students develop confidence maintaining and servicing HVACR equipment.
- Hands-On Training: Lead live demonstrations and labs so learners diagnose, maintain, and repair real HVACR systemsnot just read about them.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to refine current modules and craft new content that tracks with industry advances.
- Mentorship: Coach students through individual projects, stretching their problem-solving and encouraging inventive solutions.
- Safety First: Model lockout/tagout, PPE, and best practices to create a culture of safety in every lab.
What You Bring
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on work in refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.
- Certifications: EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
- Communication: You connect with students and teammates through clear, patient instruction.
- Patience & Empathy: You recognize that every learner’s path is differentand you support them accordingly.
