Maintain accurate client documentation and policy records within our internal systems.
Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and grow your personal network.
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for Connecticut.
Proven track record of managing an insurance sales book or individual producer role.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with local community members.
Deep understanding of Connecticut insurance regulations and policy coverage.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain complex policy language clearly.
