Our team is opening a new Distributions Center (DC) facility for Sunrun’s east coast operations. We are currently looking to add experienced contract-based Warehouse Associates (Material Handlers) to help us stand up the new DC. Qualified candidates must be experienced in warehouse operations and be comfortable joining a newly formed team. This will require workers to be experienced, reliable and enjoy the challenge of a startup location. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join our Sunrun team as an FTE after completing the required 3-month evaluation period.
This position is a 3-month contract with high potential to convert to full-time. Candidates must have their own form of transportation and must be able to commute to Santa Fe, NM on a reliable basis.
This position offers up to $20/hr.
Required Skills & Experience
• Prior warehouse operations (receiving and shipping) experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of Warehouse systems including handheld scanning devices and operating systems
• Candidates must be reliable and flexible to work within changing – grown oriented environment
• Must be able to meet job requirements of lifting of 20-30 lbs., occasional lifting/moving of 75 lbs. Will reach, bend, twist, push and pull. Use hands, arms and fingers to operate a hand-held scanner.
