Tri-StateTreeServiceisrecruitinganexperiencedProfessionalTreeClimbertoenhanceourexpertarboriculturecrew.Thispositionmergesadvancedclimbingskillswithextensivetreecareexpertisetosupportresidentialandcommercialprojects.

PrimaryDuties

ArboricultureOperations

•Executesafetreepruningandtrimmingproceduresfollowingprofessionalstandards

•Completesystematictreeremoval,includingsegmenteddismantlingandmaterialhandling

•Utilizespiderliftsandhydraulicplatformswhenaccessibleforimprovedproductivity

•Ascendtreeswhenaerialequipmentaccessisrestrictedorunsuitable

TechnicalExpertise&SafetyManagement

•Applyadvancedclimbingmethods,ropeconfigurations,andriggingsystems

•Handleandservicechainsaws,climbingequipment,andspecializedarboriculturaltools

•Followcomprehensivesafetyproceduresensuringprotectionofcrew,community,andproperty

•Collaborateefficientlywithgroundsupportpersonnelduringoperations

ClientRelations&TeamCoordination

•Interactprofessionallywithcustomerstoassessrequirementsanddeliverexpertguidance

•Reporttofieldsupervisorandworkcooperativelywithdiverseteammembers

•Executeallassignmentsefficientlywhileupholdingsuperiorqualitybenchmarks

•1+yearstreeclimbingandtrimmingbackgroundrequired

•Competencyinclimbingmethods,ropesystems,andchainsawhandling

•Understandingoftreephysiology,speciesrecognition,andappropriatepruningpractices

•Stronganalyticalabilitiesandrapiddecision-makingcapabilities

Physical&TechnicalStandards

•Superiorphysicalconditioningforclimbing,handlingheavymaterials,anddemandingactivities

•Capabilitytoworkoutdoorsacrossvariousweatherenvironments

•Currentdriver'slicensewithexemplarydrivinghistory

•Keenattentiontodetailanddedicationtosafetyprocedures
