CNC Production Machinist (Setup Trainee)

- Already comfortable operating CNC equipment?
- Confident with calipers and micrometers for in-process checks?
- Serious about accuracy, safety, and clean work habits?
- Eager to learn machine setups without needing prior setup experience?
What you will do
- Run CNC machines using established programs to meet production goals.
- Perform part inspections against specifications using calipers and micrometers.
- Spot and report machining variances or quality concerns quickly.
- Receive hands-on training to perform machine setups.
- Follow safety procedures and keep your area neat and organized.
Nice to have
- Programming or program-editing familiarity (helpful but not required).
Schedule & overtime
- Day shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (current overtime: start 5:00 a.m.)
- Swing shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (current overtime: finish around midnight)
