About the Role:
Family Residential Homecare LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our growing team in Joplin, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of caregivers while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support home health aides, CNAs, and other care staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing patient progress
- Perform skilled nursing visits and ensure compliance with physician orders and care protocols
- Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical staff in accordance with company standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and agency policies and procedures
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with homecare guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri, in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and care standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits as needed
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
