Quick Offer- Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to oversee nursing services and coordinate resident care in a long-term care setting. This permanent, direct-hire position offers a base rate of $34.00 per hour plus a $1.75 per hour night differential. The schedule is 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, following a rotating 2-days-on, 2-days-off, then 3-days-on pattern, totaling 84 hours biweekly, with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and resident care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments and document resident responses.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report significant changes.
• Update care plans, review documentation, and complete incident reports.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and support new staff orientation.
• Assist physicians with rounds and treatments as needed.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide direct resident care when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit; Pennsylvania licensure must be active or applied for by the interview.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills.
