Help us keep production efficient, safe, and consistent. You’ll be the go-to specialist for controlling processes, validating results, and driving improvements across our manufacturing floor.
Your Impact
- Control production processes to hit performance targets and maintain steady throughput.
- Perform scheduled inspections and product tests to confirm quality and equipment health.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities that enhance efficiency and safety.
- Accurately record production metrics and maintenance activities.
- Support onboarding by training new hires on operations and safety procedures.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or as a process technician is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting ability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with production software.
