What you'll do:
- Clean homes top to bottom: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors
- Do deep cleans, recurring cleans, move-in/move-out cleans and rental turnovers
- Follow our room-by-room checklist on every visit, so no detail gets missed
- Dust, wipe, scrub, vacuum, mop and leave every surface spotless
- Show up on time, every time, and treat every home like it's your own
- Send before and after photos and updates from your phone
- Speak up when something needs extra attention
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who takes pride in their work and notices the little things
- Someone who can stay on their feet, bend, lift and keep a fast pace for hours
- Someone dependable, honest and respectful in customers' homes
- Someone who can take feedback and gets better every week
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but hustle and attitude matter more. We'll train the right person.
