We are hiring a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is a part-time weekend position ideal for an RBT seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

As an RBT at Smilestones ABA, you will work directly with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

• Collecting accurate session and behavioral data

• Following treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Helping clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills

• Maintaining professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families

• Collaborating with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing training and supervision

• Following all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed

• Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work weekends

• Ability to work in person in Houston, TX 77034

• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
