Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Mt. Pleasant, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assemblers to join our growing production team in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as needed.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
