  • Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, glassware, silverware, and trash from tables during and after meals.
  • Table Resetting: Wipe down, sanitize, and reset tables quickly with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for incoming guests.
  • Beverage & Bread Service: Refill water glasses, ice, coffee, tea, or bread and butter baskets as requested.
  • Food Running: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining tables.
