Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech (or equivalent leadership experience).
- Certifications:Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- Experience:5+ years high-volume manufacturing; 3+ years managing teams/supervisors.
- Industries: Automotive, industrial, or assembly preferred.
- Operations:Cementing, surface prep, or painting experience preferred; automation, robotics, or assembly.

- Metrics: Driven to improve SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
- Tools: KPI development, visual management, production planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
