Role snapshot
- Location: Ivyland, PA Onsite at Milton Roy, 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974
- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Employment: Direct hire, full-time
- Travel: None
What you will tackle
- Set up and operate CNC Horizontal, Vertical, and Turning centers; also use manual mills, lathes, and grinders
- Program simple to moderately complex jobs; build toward higher-complexity programming with support using Mazatrol and G and M code
- Create, follow, and improve standard work for setup, in-process checks, and deburring
- Choose and mount tools, fixtures, and materials suited to each operation
- Run jobs to blueprint and work instruction requirements; maintain ISO-level quality
- Measure and verify tolerances with micrometers, calipers, and gauges; record SPC data accurately
- Diagnose issues, make adjustments or minor repairs, and escalate larger maintenance needs
- Hit daily and monthly output goals while collaborating with a supportive team
- Document setups, run times, material usage, inspection results, deviations, and work orders
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Comfort with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses)
- Proficiency with precision metrology tools and techniques
- Ability to interpret BOMs, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills
- Proven time management, strategic thinking, and adaptability
- Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner
- Test PSI limit no greater than 30,000
Bonus points
- 2 plus years in high-velocity manufacturing operations
- Computer skills including SSO, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to independently program highly complex parts in Mazatrol and G and M code
