What You'll Do
Perform dermal filler and neurotoxin injections
Provide microneedling and skincare treatments
Take over an established injectable patient base
Build and maintain your own patient following
Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans
Support patient retention and referrals
Participate in social media and practice promotion
Maintain injectable inventory and treatment areas
Collaborate with the plastic surgery team
What We're Looking For
RN, NP, or PA - all considered equally
5-10 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred
Proven experience with dermal fillers and neurotoxins
Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic skincare
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently
Established patient following strongly preferred
NC license preferred
Candidates from all practice backgrounds are welcome
Patient Volume & Opportunity
The practice currently sees approximately 4-7 injectable patients per day, 4 days per week.
The selected candidate will take over the patient base of a departing injector while also having the opportunity to build their own clientele. Candidates with an existing patient following are strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$35/hour, with higher compensation based on experience
Commission opportunity building toward 25% of revenue
Healthcare and 401(k) for full-time employees
Malpractice coverage provided
3-4 days per week
