$200Kâ$225K Base Salary + 40% Bonus
Our client, an established manufacturer of engineered components, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, drive operational performance, and build high-performing teams.
Required:
10+ years manufacturing experience, including senior-level operations leadership.
Must have experience working for a manufacturer with an in-house machine shop.
Must have experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing of engineered components.
Strong background in machining operations, assembly, production planning, and continuous improvement.
Proven success improving on-time delivery, productivity, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
Experience leading multiple departments and developing manufacturing leadership teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
