Production Manager - Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Field-Based)
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Base Salary

About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing commercial landscaping company is seeking a hands-on
Production Manager to oversee field operations within its Maintenance Division. This individual will manage approximately
$2 million in commercial landscape maintenance contracts while leading
4 field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape maintenance leader looking to take ownership of a large portfolio, develop field teams, and play a key role in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple landscape maintenance crews across South Florida properties.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed within budgeted labor hours.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs.
- Serve as the liaison between field crews and Account Managers.
- Resolve client concerns and support customer retention efforts.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with enhancement opportunities and operational planning.
- Coordinate material procurement and equipment needs with internal teams.
- Monitor quality control across assigned properties.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple crews and field personnel.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.
- MOT Certification a plus.
- Equipment operation experience preferred.
