Sizer/Compac Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sizer / Compac Operator to join our citrus production team In Porterville, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated citrus sizing and sorting equipment to ensure fruit is properly graded, sorted, and processed according to quality and production standards.

Pay Rate: $17.50/HR

Shift: 1st Shift (AM)

Industry: Citrus Packing / Production

• Operate and monitor Compac sizing and sorting equipment in a citrus packing facility.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate fruit sizing, grading, and sorting.
• Monitor production lines to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Inspect citrus products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate equipment concerns or production issues to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations.

• Previous experience operating sizing, sorting, or production equipment preferred.
• Experience in citrus packing, agriculture, or food processing is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.
