What You’ll Do:
- Greet showroom customers, learn their needs and budget, and help them find the right new or preowned vehicle
- Present vehicles confidently, explaining features, trim levels, technology, safety equipment, and ownership benefits
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
- Respond to phone and online inquiries, schedule appointments, and reconnect with customers who haven't purchased yet
- Keep accurate notes and follow-up activities in the dealership sales system
- Partner with Sales and Finance Managers on trade-ins, pricing, purchase options, and financing
- Guide customers through the purchase process and prepare for delivery, including walking them through key features and connected technology
- Build repeat and referral business by staying in touch after the sale
- Stay current on inventory, products, promotions, and training
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Motivated, organized, and professional, with a commitment to doing right by the customer
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with consistent follow-up
- Team player who brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work Saturdays
