Fast-Growing Multi-Regional Roofing Company is seeking a Construction Sales Apprentice to work directly with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, recommend the right options, and close sales throughout Indiana.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience in roofing or home improvement; qualified trainees may be considered
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods
• Ability and willingness to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation (car/truck)
Responsibilities:
• Inspect residential roofs and identify potential issues
• Educate homeowners about roofing issues and available options
• Close sales and complete all required paperwork

Earning Potential (Commission-Based)
Trainees with no roofing sales experience:
• $75K–$100K first year
• $125K–$250K+ thereafter
Experienced Roofing Sales Representatives:
• Average: $125K–$150K
