Qualifications – Required- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- 1+ year of RN experience
- 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Informatics
- Clinical Quality
- 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR systems
- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
- ALL of the following valid certifications:
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance
OverviewOur client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This fulltime Home Health role focuses on the management and delivery of patient care plans, clinical documentation, and quality oversight. Nurses in this role support patients throughout Western PA and surrounding communities, providing care directly in the home setting.
This position is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, strong patient relationships, and a structured schedule with meaningful clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and collaborate on the management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients throughout Western PA and surrounding areas
- Spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting and documentation
- Selfmanage time, schedule, and daily workflow
- Maintain compliance with clinical quality standards and EMR documentation requirements
Schedule & Shift Details- Oncall: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 PM – 10 PM
- 8 units on Saturday
- 8 units on Sunday
- 2 holidays per year
Travel Requirements- Local travel required across Pittsburgh and surrounding Western PA communities
- Daily driving to patient homes and community locations
