Apex Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for a In-Home HVAC Sales Representative who knows how to build trust, identify customer needs, and close the sale.

You do not need previous HVAC experience. Apex provides training and technical support to help you learn the industry and confidently sell residential heating and cooling solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their comfort needs and recommend the right solutions. You'll own the sales process from the initial appointment through the close while building relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners regarding HVAC needs
• Recommend residential heating, cooling, replacement, and comfort solutions
• Follow up on company-provided leads and move opportunities through the sales process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Establish trust with customers and deliver a professional sales experience
• Consistently work toward individual sales and revenue goals
• Identify opportunities to expand into commercial and industrial customers over time

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• A proven track record of success in sales
• Experience conducting face-to-face or in-home sales presentations
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• The motivation to prospect and create additional opportunities
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Residential, home-services, or HVAC sales experience preferred
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 annual on-target earnings, base salary + uncapped commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays based on customer appointments and business needs
