• Manage monthly and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and review of the general ledger.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to support timely vendor payments and effective collection of customer balances.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly to resolve discrepancies and maintain integrity of financial data.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by compiling financial data, analyzing trends, and highlighting key variances.
• Partner closely with ownership on financial planning, operational decisions, and other initiatives that impact company performance.• At least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong preference for candidates who have managed full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end accounting processes, including close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
