- Vetsubcontracts,purchaseorders,andchangeordersforaccuracybeforetheymoveforward
- Contributetoscheduledevelopmentandhelpsequenceworkacrosstrades
- Buildoutprojecttimelinesandkeepafirmhandoncostcontrolthroughoutthejob
- Partnerwithfieldleadershiptoshapeasafetyplantailoredtoeachspecificjobsite

Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeplus5+yearsleadingconstructionprojects,ideallywithinthehealthcaresector
- Workingknowledgeofcostmanagement,scheduling,procurement,estimating,accounting,andcoreengineeringprinciples
- Strongleadershipinstinctspairedwiththeinterpersonalskillstorallyaprojectteam
- Fluentinconstructionmethodsandprocedures,withtheabilitytorallyateamofprofessionalstowardstrongoutcomes
- Analyticalmindsetwithstrongorganizationalandcommunicationskills
