About the Role: ILS Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Carson, CA facility. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet fulfillment goals
- Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Track KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance and efficiency
Requirements:- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
- Forklift certification or experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
