Responsibilities:
- Serve as afirst point ofcontact for employeeHR questions andrequests.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintainemployee letters, forms, and confidential records.
- Assist with recruitingcoordination, interviewscheduling, and candidatecommunications.
- Support benefits administrationand employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurateemployee data andHRIS records.
- Assist with HRreporting, analytics, andworkforce metrics.
- Identify opportunities toimprove HR processesand procedures.
- Support HR policies, compliance,employee engagement, andculture initiatives.
- Partner with HumanCapital and otherinternal teams onHR-related projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
