House Manager (HM)

Full Time • Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm
$16.47 per hour

As a House Manager, you'll guide the daily operations of the home while teaching and supporting individuals in essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring HTS shift coverage and smooth home operations
• Managing schedules for shopping, medical appointments, errands, and activities
• Completing monthly documentation and reports
• Assisting and teaching personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, safety)
• Teaching life skills and household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
• Supporting use of communication devices and technology
• Helping individuals manage medications and personal finances
• Planning transportation and accompanying individuals to appointments
• Encouraging community participation, hobbies, exercise, and social engagement
