Pay: $20-$27 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and system layouts to support safe, code-compliant installations
- Help complete installation projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Test newly installed equipment and assist with adjustments to ensure proper operation
- Coordinate with lead installers and other team members throughout each project
- Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Communicate professionally and help create a positive customer experience
- Properly maintain and organize company tools, equipment, and materials
What You Bring:
- At least one year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, system layouts, and blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to continue learning
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 100 pounds
