What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as we may have current or future roles which may better align with experience.

• A bachelor’s degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in mechanics, equipment, and/or fleet management experience is required.
• Minimum of five years of people management experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $140,000 - $188,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $188,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
