All-Pro is looking for an electrician who likes solving problems for homeowners and businesses, and who is open to becoming even more valuable through HVAC cross-training.

All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning has served the Boca Raton area since 1995.

We are a licensed electrical and HVAC contractor doing residential and commercial repair, installation, lighting, panels, and related work across Palm Beach and Broward communities.

Customers trust us because we do the job right the first time, and many of our technicians are cross-trained across electrical and air conditioning.

Weekday schedule.

No weekends.

No on-call.

Company vans stay at the shop.

What You'll Get:

• $19-$35/hr depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial electrical issues
• Installing and upgrading lighting, outlets, switches, fans, and related systems
• Handling panel work, troubleshooting, and code-compliant installs
• Explaining findings to customers in plain language
• Coordinating with HVAC teammates when jobs cross both trades
• Keeping your work and paperwork professional
• Attending weekly paid training

Who We're Looking For:

You are trustworthy, clean, organized, and proud of your craft.

You communicate well with customers.

You want a shop that helps you keep getting better.

Beyond that:

• Journeyman electrician license required
• Relevant residential and commercial electrical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Interest in cross-training on air conditioning is a plus
