Automotive Service Manager

Coughlin is currently looking for an experienced Service Manager for our Toyota location in Heath.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management of the Service department
• Effectively communicate with customers
• General knowledge of automobile repair
• Maintain an excellent CSI score
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Prospect for potential customers
• Ensure manufacturer training requirements are met by all personnel
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maximize revenue and profitability in the service department
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Conduct post repair follow up
• Generate estimates and provide back-up for service writers when necessary
• Be the leader in safety throughout the shop and correct unsafe working conditions
• Other duties as assigned
