Responsibilities
- Independently manage construction litigation matters with appropriate partner oversight.
- Handle commercial disputes, business litigation, and related real estate matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and substantive legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategies.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and firm partners.
Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of substantive constructionlitigation experience.
- Significant construction litigation experience required.
- Commercial litigation and business dispute experience strongly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
- J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
