Position: Roofing Sales Trainee - Conduct Inspections and meetings with homeowners with company supplied leads Speak with homeowners, educate them about their issues, conduct FREE inspections, sell roofing and complete paperwork.
Compensation:
• Average: $125K-$150K/year
• High performers: $150K-$200K/year
• Top performers: $200K-$300K+/year
Experience:
• Proven experience in roofing sales or will consider qualified trainees
Qualifications
• Previous roofing or home improvement sales experience qualified trainees may be considered
• Able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections
• Must have car or a truck
Responsibilities:
• Attend qualified appointments scheduled for you daily
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners about solutions to either get their roof repaired or replaced
• Complete necessary paperwork paperwork
