Responsibilities
Oversee endtoend daily operations for two Subway locations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
Maintain food cost and labor cost within companyapproved targets and take corrective action when needed.
Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and place accurate food and supply orders.
Hire, train, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs and uphold brand standards.
Ensure each store is inspectionready at all times, including cleanliness, food safety, and documentation compliance.
Reconcile cash daily, verify deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform any additional tasks required to keep both stores fully operational, safe, and compliant with Subway policies.
