Game Master Role:

• Greet and check in customers
• Explain the process and get customers comfortable with how it works
• Explain and enforce rules (you must be willing to step in and stop any dangerous or harmful behavior)
• Monitor games from the control room, provide objectives, and give helpful hints/tips
• Join customers afterward for photos and a debrief
• Reset the room for the next group and confirm everything is working properly
• Monitor online bookings
• Perform basic cleaning of the lobby, rooms, and bathroom
• Have fun!
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends
• Familiarity with escape rooms (previous experience playing is a plus)
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong teamwork ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiastic personality combined with a strong work ethic
