Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to play an important role in creating an exceptional hotel experience? Join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Houseperson and help ensure our guest floors, public spaces, and housekeeping areas remain clean, organized, and fully supplied.
This active, hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a team, staying busy, and taking pride in a job well done. Previous hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain hotel corridors, stairways, elevators, service areas, and other assigned public spaces.
- Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and housekeeping closets.
- Remove soiled linens, trash, and recycling from assigned areas.
- Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supply areas.
- Assist Room Attendants with heavy items, extra supplies, and room needs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for towels, linens, toiletries, and other amenities.
- Assist with moving furniture, mattresses, and housekeeping equipment when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, carts, and equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, lost property, and safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all sanitation, chemical-handling, workplace-safety, and security procedures.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional duties based on hotel needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
