NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME COMMON AREA CLEANERS E-Z Improvements Location: Minnetonka, MN Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour Starting Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Weekday and weekend shifts About the Position E-Z Improvements LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team in Minnetonka, MN. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming environments. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of common areas throughout a residential apartment community, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other shared spaces. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - General cleaning and upkeep of apartment building common areas. - Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting. - Cleaning hallways, stairwells, elevators, entryways, and laundry rooms. - Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other amenity areas. - Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners. - Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed. - Wiping down doors, windows, mirrors, countertops, and high-touch surfaces. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Reporting maintenance concerns or areas requiring additional attention. - Completing assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shifts. - Performing other general cleaning duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements - Reliable transportation to and from work. - Working smartphone for communication and scheduling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and time management. - Dependable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday. - Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. - Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. - Weekend availability preferred. No experience required. Training will be provided.
