WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience with an emphasis on multifamily and mixed-use project work
• Experience in project leadership, consultant coordination, and team collaboration
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes, technical documentation, and construction standards
• Experience with podium-type building construction
• Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting established deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to all phases of project delivery, including construction administration
• Understanding of both wood and concrete building systems
• Track record of leadership, coaching, or mentoring within project teams
• Desire to continue growing into senior leadership roles within a design-focused firm
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented culture that values design excellence

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER

As an Architect Project Manager, you will lead project teams through every stage of multifamily and mixed-use development while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal design professionals. You will direct project execution, coordinate technical documentation, guide design decisions, review project deliverables for quality and code compliance, and help maintain project schedules and budgets. You'll oversee consultant relationships, manage construction administration activities, mentor junior staff, resolve technical challenges, and ensure projects successfully transition from concept to completion while preserving both design intent and client expectations.
