Job Title: Surgical and Clinic Nurse

Pay Range: Starting at $45/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Surgical and Clinic Nurse to join our team. This is a dynamic role supporting both the plastic surgery practice and our medical spa. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in both pre- and post-operative settings, with an interest in aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and providing intraoperative support
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative education and preparation for surgical patients
• Deliver post-operative care including wound care, patient education, and recovery support
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in patient records
• Support clinic flow, assisting providers during aesthetic consultations and treatments
• Participate in patient follow-up care to ensure safe and satisfactory outcomes
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with the AG brand standard

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Washington State)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous experience in a clinic, surgery, recovery, or perioperative nursing preferred
• Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery
• Exceptional communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively with providers and staff in a fast-paced environment
