As a Line Cook at Brunina's Pizza & Pasta, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our dishes are prepared to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
• Assisting with food prep, portioning, and plating to ensure timely service.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to support a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment.
• A passion for cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
