Assistant to YouTube Creator (Personal & Business)

Compensation:$4,000/month with potential to increase to $5,000–$6,000+/month as performance, responsibility, and workload grow

About the Role

I’m looking for a highly reliable assistant to help manage a mix of personal, business, logistical, and some YouTube/social media production-related work.

This is not a traditional 9–5 assistant role. You'll be working directly with a YouTube creator in a fast-moving, informal, and sometimes unpredictable environment. You should thrive in an unstructured, somewhat chaotic environment, be comfortable managing many unrelated tasks independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and have excellent attention to detail.

The schedule is highly flexible with no fixed working days or hours. Most tasks have flexible deadlines, though occasionally something time-sensitive may come up where I need a response within about an hour when reasonably possible. This is intended to be your primary professional commitment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage business and personal emails
• Help with YouTube/social media research, ideas, creator operations, and production logistics
• Handle purchases, returns, refunds, appointments, travel, local errands, and other personal or business administrative tasks
• Help organize, manage, and sell equipment

Who I’m Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, operations assistant, or in a similar high-responsibility support role
• Strong familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator industry (professional experience isn't required, but you should understand how social media creators operate)
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car
• Comfortable making reasonable judgment calls and figuring things out independently
• Experience with YouTube/social media content production is a bonus

Final candidates will be asked to complete a background check. You will handle private personal or business information, so confidentiality is important.
