Job description

ADelivery Associateis responsible for safely and efficiently delivering Amazon customer orders to homes and businesses while providing good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and organize packages into the delivery vehicle.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Safely deliver packages to customers' homes, businesses, lockers, and other designated locations.
• Use a smartphone or delivery device to navigate routes and record deliveries.
• Follow all traffic, safety, and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers when necessary.
• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Complete delivery routes within the required timeframe.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report any vehicle or package issues.
• Return undelivered packages and equipment according to company procedures.

21 and over, great customer service skills, the ability to drive comfortably in a large vehicle.
